San Tan Valley Communities is a local, not-for-profit group of volunteers who work together to support, improve, and strengthen the San Tan Valley area. Through community involvement, collaboration, and volunteer-driven initiatives, the organization is dedicated to making a positive and lasting impact for residents.
The organization is guided by a five-member Board of Directors who provide leadership, oversight, and direction to ensure the mission and goals of San Tan Valley Communities are fulfilled.

Brittany Hill is the President of San Tan Valley Communities and has been an active leader in the area for many years. She has served as the HOA President of Skyline Ranch for the past five years and has worked as a Realtor in San Tan Valley for over ten years. Brittany has proudly called San Tan Valley home for 15 years. Married with two children, Brittany is deeply invested in the future of the community and is highly involved in local initiatives and neighborhood engagement. Her vision for San Tan Valley Communities is to bring the area together by utilizing HOA and neighborhood representatives from each community to share awareness, address concerns, and present a united voice that supports positive growth and collaboration throughout San Tan Valley.
